KnowSoda Pro

I bought Pro but the app doesn’t show it

Close KnowSoda and open it again: it checks your subscription each time it opens. If Pro still doesn’t show, go to the Me tab, tap the gear and choose Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy it.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Subscriptions are handled by the store. In KnowSoda, go to Me › gear › Manage subscription. Or, on iPhone and iPad, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android, open the Play Store › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.

How does the free trial work?

The yearly plan starts with a free trial when the store offers you one. You won’t be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

What’s free and what’s Pro?

Free: the Foundations and Core levels of every subject, 40 cards a day, the review of your mistakes and one level test per subject. Pro adds the Advanced and Expert levels, unlimited cards, the daily review, Train with Soda, level tests whenever you like, the streak shield and the Pro wardrobe.

Your progress

Where is my progress saved?

On your phone. KnowSoda works without an account and learning never goes online, so we keep no copy of your progress. If you move to a new phone, your device backup may bring it along, depending on your backup settings.

How do I start again from scratch?

Go to Me › gear › Reset progress and type delete to confirm. This erases your answers, map and discoveries on this device and can’t be undone.

Using the app

How do I turn the daily reminder on or off?

Go to Me › gear › Daily reminder and pick a time. If the reminder doesn’t arrive, allow KnowSoda’s notifications in your phone’s settings.

How do I change the language?

Go to Me › gear › Language: Auto follows your phone, or choose English or Spanish.

I found a card that looks wrong

Tap the flag above the card and pick what’s wrong: KnowSoda opens your email app with the card’s details filled in. Send it and we’ll check it.
